Wyoming might impose a special corporate income tax rate of 7% in 2020. The Wyoming House of Representatives passed a bill that would set a 7% corporate income tax on incorporated:
- retailers with more than 100 shareholders; or
- accommodation and food service providers with more than 100 shareholders.
Additionally, if enacted, the bill would apportion income to Wyoming based on an equally-weighted property, payroll, and sales.
