Colorado Governor Proposes Income Tax Reduction, Vendor Fee Cap

Colorado Gov. Jared Polis has proposed amending the state’s tax code in order to reduce income tax rates for families and small business. The proposal came in the governor’s State of the State Address.

Vendor Sales Tax Fee Cap

Citing the large number of small business retailers, the governor proposed capping the sales tax vendor fee. The savings would be used to lower tax rates.
