Proposed Alaska Income Tax Fails

An individual income tax proposed by Gov. Bill Walker remained unaddressed after the Alaska General Assembly adjourned. The general assembly did not take action on it.

Walker had proposed a 1.5% tax on wages and net self-employment income.
