Evaluate your Dashboard

Review staff time transactions
Missing or incorrect time entries can affect the firm’s bottom line and even damage your credibility. Make sure all time transactions are released and posted. Review staff time and expense transactions to ensure billing totals are correct. You can use filters to view unreleased, released or posted transactions. In addition, you can correct or delete any incorrect WIP if needed.
Consider paperless invoices
If your firm is still sending invoices through the mail, now is the time to consider switching to paperless. Publishing invoices electronically can not only reduce expenses related to printing and mailing hard copies, but also can result in faster payment. Analyze KPIs and set goals

Create client mailing lists
Many firms send holiday greetings, year-end reminders and other kinds of mass communication to their clients.
