Treasury Releases Semiannual Regulatory Agenda

The federal government has released its half-year regulatory agenda. The Regulatory Flexibility Act requires the government to publish an agenda of regulations every six months.

The agenda lists proposed and final rules and long-term actions, as well as rules on which action has been completed. This agenda covers agencies including the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network and the Internal Revenue Service.
