Connecticut ~ Multiple Taxes: Special Session Called To Modify NOL, Combined Reporting, Other Tax Provisions

Governor Dannel P. Malloy announced in a press release that he has signed a proclamation calling the Connecticut General Assembly into a special session beginning on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, in order to modify various tax provisions, including the corporation business tax net operating loss (NOL), unitary combined reporting, the Energy Star sales tax exemption, the personal income tax short-term exemption, the propane tax on fuel for residential generators, the manufacturing apprenticeship corporate tax credit, and corporate tax credit caps.
